PCMG BIG TENT EVENT!
29 Feb
Following on directly after the PCMG interactive workshop on the sustainable outsourcing environment….. Join the PCMG BIG TENT EVENT! An early evening’s open session for PCMG Members and...
Conflict can occur in any relationship and outsourced clinical trials are no exception. Once the honeymoon is over, reality sets in but, properly managed, conflict can drive improvement. Mis-managed, conflict can drive a project or program into delivery failures and even collapse into switching supplier.
Conflict prevention should be the first goal. Outsourcing management has a key role in setting mutual expectations between sponsor and supplier early on in the process. It is vital to working with the right people across both parties so that terms to define targets and responsibilities to achieve them are clear and agreed.
PCMG workshops bring together outsourcing leaders from across the spectrum of pharma and biotech sponsors to share real life experience and knowledge in open dialogue to develop best practice for application in the workplace. Understanding both sides of the working relationship is essential to validate the opportunities and actions to prevent conflict and methodologies to harness it constructively. On this occasion, PCMG has invited Fortrea to support the event to actively contribute to the debate and ensure recommendations are balanced and productive.
