The value of contractual clauses in aligning the interests of sponsor and service provider will be examined in this webinar. Dan and William will comment on the CRO perspective, provide some basic contract models, and describe successful outcomes based on real stories from real studies. They will finish by recommending best practice in including performance-based clauses into the contract. This promises to be an exciting and informative webinar for anyone working with CRO / service provider contracts.
