One of the highlights of PCMG live was the announcement of the annual PCMG Lifetime Achievement Award. Previous winners have included Jean Edwards in 2018 and Roger Joby in 2019 and there was great excitement about the identity of the person to be given the award in 2020 and join this illustrious alumni.

There was widespread delight when Dr Gill Slater, PCMG Vice Chair, announced the winner to be Pauline van Heiningen.

Pauline has been a senior manager in Outsourcing for many years and in different types of pharmaceutical companies. She has also worked on the in the service sector and therefore has a view from both sides of the fence.
