We can’t guarantee there’s an answer for all of them but we can ask and extend your potential knowledge base way beyond the boundaries of your own company. Oh, just to be clear, any questions are vetted by at least two members of the Committee to ensure they don’t encourage breach of competition or confidentiality regulations and standards as well as being valid points of interest!

We rely on our members giving direction to our activities to provide output that can be used in practice. Any MEMBER can propose leading a project that can draw on support and coordination from the PCMG Committee and the association’s resources e.g.

Workshops

PCMG workshops develop key concepts in outsourcing into practice. Whether F2F or online, the program is determined by PCMG Committee Members to address current topics of interest and practical use. PCMG brings in experts specialised in the subject area from across and outside industry to provide a breadth of perspective that can’t be gained from in-house training and established processes. This is an opportunity for MEMBERS to participate and develop new knowledge to share and implement in the workplace.

PCMG LIVE Online Interactive Forums

June 2020 saw PCMG set the standard for online events. In the course of three days, new content, new speakers and a new format that brought delegates together to share and interact with the expert guidance of the PCMG event organisation, filling a much-needed gap for sharing and meeting friends and colleagues from sponsors and suppliers. December 2020 is the start of a program of short interactive online forums that will use the experience of PCMG LIVE in short debate and interactive discussion for MEMBERS to join spirited exploration of current topics relevant to outsourcing practice. Subsequently we are now offering the same terms as for corporate full membership: Four Paid Associate Members from One company gains FOUR ADDITIONAL NAMED MEMBERS FOR NO EXTRA COST. i.e. 4 x £150+VAT (or 1x £600+VAT).
