PCMG will be organising a series of two webinars during November and December to identify best practice with regard to rescue of outsourced studies. These webinars will last 75 minutes, will be free of charge and will be open exclusively to PCMG members. Non members who take up PCMG membership for 2020 will also be able to join these webinars free of charge.
Having to transition to a new CRO during an ongoing study is never easy. Pharm-Olam has significant experience in rescuing outsourced clinical trials for sponsors and will be sharing their experiences and learnings during these webinars.
The first webinar will take place on 21 Novemberat 1300 – 1415hr (GMT); 1400-1515hr (CET) and will be entitled “The Playbook to Rescue Study Transition Planning”.
During this webinar, we will discuss:
• Planning your transition – tips & advice
• What to provide Rescue CROs bidding to save your trial
• How long to allow for full transition
• How to inform outgoing and incoming CROs
• How to manage and support outgoing and incoming CROs
Ryan Michalek (Associate Director, Project Management – Oncology, Pharm-Olam LLC))
Sarah Liddiard (Senior Director, Global Project Management, Pharm-Olam LLC)
In the interest of balance, there are other CROs who take on rescue studies and PCMG does not endorse Pharm-Olam above any other CRO. However we are grateful for their cooperation in preparing and presenting this webinar for the benefit of our membership.
