Accommodation

The attendee booking rate has now expired, and the hotel is extremely full. All delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. For all accommodation queries contact the conference hotel

Bookings cancelled from booking date up to 8 days prior to arrival are charged 1 night.

  • Cancellations from 7 days prior to arrival date and no-shows are charged full stay.
  • Penalty charges apply even if a cancellation number is issued by system.
  • 1 night stay is charged at booking stage which is non-refundable.
Alternatively we suggest looking at expedia or similar for hotels in Floriana and Valletta

PCMG Conference attendance – cancellation policy
The conference venue requires final numbers for attendance 10 working days before the first day of the event, after which time there is a liability for 100% of the costs. PCMG is a not-for-profit association and cannot afford to pay such costs. Therefore we have the following policies for members and non-members to be absolutely clear in cases of cancellation or no-show:

Member cancellation policy
Members can make name changes at any time (should they wish to transfer their place to a colleague)
Members who cancel their attendance after 22 May (10 working days before the 2018 conference) or do not arrive at the conference having booked a place will be charged a £140 administration fee.

 
Non member cancellation policy
Non member delegates can make name changes up to 3 days before the conference (i.e. up to 2 June)
Non-members who cancel their attendance before 12 April will receive a full refund.
Non-members who cancel their attendance between 12 April and 22 May (inclusive) will be offered a refund less a £140 administration fee.
Non-members who cancel their attendance after 22 May (10 working days before the conference) or indeed who do not arrive at the conference will be charged the full conference registration fee.

Payment for travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the delegate and no responsibility can be assumed by PCMG for costs incurred in the event of a late cancellation.
